Job Description:The recent acquisition of Premier Lodge by Travel Inn has lead to the creation of Premier Travel Inn - two great brandscoming together to create the largest hotel brand in the UK.The key responsibilities of the role are:1. Manage the reception and reservations operation to ensure Premier Travel Inn brand standards are delivered at alltimes.2. Maximise occupancy through effective yield management, implementing appropriate incentives to support the developmentof the business.3. Manage the recruitment, training and development activity of all reception team members.4. Lead, motivate and coach team members to ensure Premier Travel Inn brand standards are delivered and to supportsuccession planning across the brand.5. Control all reception related costs in line with budgets, in order to achieve profit targets.6. Ensure all legal standards are maintained in terms of health and safety, fire and security for customers and teammembers.7. Carry out Duty Management as required and ensure operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.Requirements:- Graduate level or equivalent.- Rooms management experience.- Experience of working with budgets and financial data.- Ability to analyse and interpret data.- Experience of leading a team, including managing and developing team members.- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.- Able to use own initiative.Job Division: HotelsLocation: South Yorkshire
