The recent acquisition of Premier Lodge by Travel Inn has lead to the creation of Premier Travel Inn - two great brandscoming together to create the largest hotel brand in the UK.Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to support the efficient and effective running of the Premier TravelInn reception.The key responsibilities of the role are:1) To ensure the reception area is operated in a well organised manner in order to create a lasting impression to allcustomers.2) To carry out all administrative duties to the company standard.3) To deal with and follow up all incoming enquiries efficiently.4) Registration of all customers, meeting legal and policy requirements.Requirements:- Reception experience is advantageous.- Financially aware and computer literate.- Good communication skills, written and verbal.- Flexible in work patterns and methods.- Be able to work as part of a team.- Attention to detail.Job Division: HotelsLocation: Lanarkshire |
