General Admin and Front line Reception duties: Open morning post, date stamping and distributing Full responsibility of switchboard (8 lines) fielding calls, taking messages etc Getting post ready at the end of the day Greeting visitors and offering drinks Taking in and signing for deliveries Purchasing stamps, Franking machine top-up, beverage stock (tea/coffee/water) Ordering stationery Provide monthly expenditure record of stationery & beverages Organising couriers Preparing new site starter packs Updating telephone lists and staff addresses Monthly site updates Updating and distributing a weekly itinerary Sickness and Holiday records & maintaining chart Organising visitors parking allocation Meeting room diary and ensuring cleanliness of meeting rooms Tea / Coffee for Board meetings only Sickness / Holiday cover for secretaries if required Support to HR Manager Weekly testing of Fire AlarmMust have a positive attitude, solid Reception Experience, well presented, well spoken, an extremely willing and happy tohelp disposition.
