: Key Accountabilities Develop and agree recruitment plans with customers that meet legislative requirements and customer expectations Manage and deliver a recruitment service, from attraction of candidates to joining of new entrants, that meets agreed standards and customer/departmental expectations Provide advice to customers on best practice & legislative issues within recruitment & selection. Key Responsibilities Influence customers to follow agreed processes and work closely with customers and/or HR Managers to resolve problems that may arise Liaise with external suppliers/service providers to ensure value for money and quality service. Provide advice to customers on getting the best out of the recruitment process itself. Provide directly or indirectly, specialist recruitment psychometric services (e.g. OPQ) to customers as part of the assessment process. Coach customers on effective use of the vacancy system on the HR website within the company intranet. Maintain effective communication with customers to keep them informed of recruitment campaign progress. Maintain contact with candidates to retain their interest in working with the company. Participate in recruitment & selection activities as appropriate (e.g. assessment centres, university visits, presentations, etc.) Provide statistical analysis of recruitment statistics/financial information & forecasts, etc. Complete all administration to ensure records (electronic & manual) are up to date Become involved in wider HR projects as appropriate Ensure the success of the Recruitment team by a variety of means Operate within the Companys Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards across the whole remit of the role. Qualifications Good standard of Education, at least to GCSE standard essential especially in Maths and English Degree or equivalent level education is preferable. 1-3 years experience in an in-house Personnel office/Recruitment Agency is essential Microsoft office good standard of Word and Excel Knowledge Knowledge of recruitment processes & University education systems Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience Previous experience of working successfully in a busy HR/recruitment environment Skills Assertive and able to communicate effectively with all employees and customers orally & in writing.
