Description:

: Our objective is to increase marketing and promotional activity for our clients, and our client portfolio now includes some of the biggest names in the financial services, retail, telecommunications, energy industry, and national charities.Your role would be to initially provide sales support to the contractors using a data capture system to record information and create reports to analyse sales figures. You will also be providing administration support to the manager to include diary management, travel arrangements and liaising with other support hubs within the organisation regarding the companys expenses. Ideal applicant’s would also be confident to deal with initial telephone screening for sales personnel and would enjoy a degree of autonomy with managing advertising budgets, developing sources of recruitment in local publications and the internet. This is an integral part of the role with plans for expansion in 2005, so all applicants must have good attention to detail and be very thorough.
