*Specific areas it covers include Finance, Risk, Front Office, Fund Administration and Compliance.The company has been established for around four years and is now looking for additional Recruitment Consultants to joinits Finance team which covers Director and Associate Director level appointments. It is a small, successful team which isfullysupported by a team of experienced researchers.Ideally you will have around one or two years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a Finance or City related market.You will probably be working as a contingency recruiter and will now be looking to move into a Search led environmentwith a company which will offer you uncapped commission and a genuine boost to your career.The base salary is negotiable but will be around GBP 35/40k. There is a generous percentage based commission structure andthere is a share option scheme. |
