You will be responsible for researching a wide range of roles within the Financial Services Industries, Insurance, andother related industries. You will have previous experience and be trained in some aspects of recruitment, from onlineresourcing through interviewing and placement of candidates. Although not a cold calling role, you will be expected toproactively follow up day-to-day leads and look at ways to develop your client base. You should have at least 1 years researching / recruitment experience and be looking to progress within therecruitment industry. You will be a University graduate. This position would suit someone who is articulate, professional and credible. The ideal candidate should be looking to work within a small yet vibrant and friendly team. You will be expected to work independently and effectively in researching, profiling, business develop and recruitment. You must be very proactive with an excellent confident telephone manner. You must have an analytical mind and willingness to succeed in a competitive industry. You must be flexible and have a positive can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills are a must as is a desire to progress and develop within a highly lucrative industry.Knowledge of the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry would also be an advantage. |
