Jigsaw Search & Selection is rapidly growing recruitment firm specialising in the white collar construction sector. We are seeking to employ recruitment consultants and experienced Senior recruitment consultants who have experience in the professional end of the construction industry. We will consider either permanent or temporary recruitment experience.As a company we have grown consistently and by the end of this year will employ 20 staff out of our Leeds head office. Our reputation has grown significantly by sticking to key policies on customer service and a quality approach. The majority of our work is down on a search basis; in an increasingly tough candidate market advertising alone does not work. This method is drawing us increased support from the clients we work.We are seeking experienced recruitment consultants who have worked in the white collar construction industry. We are not necessarily expecting candidates to have search experience - this will be taught, but a strong understanding of the construction industry is essential.
