With impressive client/candidate relationships andover 10 years in the marketplace, they are poised for steady growth in headcount and profit. They now have an urgentrequirement for an experienced recruiter to manage and grow a small C&I team. The role will entail billing, mentoring andincreasing the overall profitability of the team. You will be taking on an extremely well developed portfolio of clientsincluding several media giants. You will take responsibility for the bigger accounts, and will assist your team innurturing existing relationships and building new ones.Experience/Skills Required:The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced finance recruiter billing in the region of GBP 200K + per annum,and looking to progress to management. Recruiters from other sectors will also be considered. Essential qualities arestrong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong relationship building skills. You will also need todemonstrate the ability to manage and mentor people. For the right candidates, there is the unique opportunity to gainequity in the company.
