: My client is a large telcomms organisation who are now in the process of appoiting a new recruitment manager. Objective Managing the employee lifecycle to ensure that the best people re recruited and inducted to the organisation. Developed and retained and that appropriate systems and mechanisms are in place to drive employee performance and productivity Resposibilities Resourcing Graduate Scheme Compensation & Benefits Employer Branding HR Data Management This role will be validated against a range of metrics: Job vacancies flled promptly - target within 1 month of notification A validated and structured graduate scheme channeled through both local universities and other cost effective sourcng mechanisms An effective employer branding strategy and implementation Key Attributes Strong communication and relationship building skills HIghly organised Strong interviewing and questioning skills Experience as a recruiter, or inhouse or a recruitment consultant Highly credible Good networker For more info please call Marion |
