Reporting to the Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets for the region, managing and motivating a dynamic team of sales professionals and developing all individuals to their full potential. You will also be tasked with promoting the company's corporate message of excellence in both service and product.A natural achiever with a proven background in field sales, you will have experience of managing sales people and motivating and training new starters. You will also be creative and analytical in approach with demonstrable negotiation and business management skills. This is a key role that requires excellent presentation skills and an awareness of the key factors affecting today's corporate customer.
