Our client is a global healthcare company operating in the medical devices arena, with a turnover in excess of $700m andlisted on NYSE. They have recently identified the need to expand the UK team and as such seek an experienced Senior SalesProfessional.The Role.Manage, motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Education Specialists in order to achieve salestargets.Gain new business with contracted and non-contracted accounts.Ensure that all sales related administration and customer contact is maintained in a professional manner.Develop and communicate sales targets and other objectives.To act as an ambassador for the organisation at senior level including central and local government and key customers,commercial and trade organisations.The Requirements.An appropriate commercial business degree5 years in a commercial sales environment, at least 2 in a Sales Management/Supervisory role.Thorough knowledge of the Healthcare industry and NHS/PCTs, specifically including current and developing policies isessential.A proven and demonstrable track record of high target achievements.Experience in high level negotiations.Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
