South East based sales role selling Industrial Cable and Industrial Connectors into the Manufacturing space. Territory Sales Manager, New Business, Industrial Cables, South East Territory, 30-35k basic, 25% Commission uncapped OTE, Field Sales, Account Development. Our client having recently gone through a merger is now one of the market leaders in Industrial Cable and Industrial Connectors. This newly formed company product portfolio includes a comprehensive range of high quality cable, connectors and accessories suitable for a variety of demanding industrial and commercial applications. Also included are cable glands, marking systems and cable handling equipment, circular and mil-c connectors and innovative solutions for control cabinets and other industrial applications. Due to this exciting merger my client is now seeking to recruit a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive the business forward selling Industrial Cables and Industrial Connectors into the Manufacturing Market. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be relied upon to source new business through cold calling selling Industrial Cables and Industrial Connectors into the Manufacturing Market. You will be speaking to Engineers and Purchasing Managers on a daily basis. This is predominantly a new business role. You will however get actively involved in account management of the accounts you bring on board to ensure you are achieving the maximum revenue. This role represents the opportunity to take a territory and run it as your own business with full responsibility for profit and loss within this territory. To apply for this role you must have a:- Minimum of 2 years experience selling Industrial Cable. Proven track record in New Biz Mgmt and Acc Mgmt. Excellent appointment making skills. (when required) Successful in the full sales cycle (initial cold call to close) Able to sell to senior level Engineeers and Purchase Managers. (essential) Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. The Ideal candidate will come from a Major industrial cable Manufacturer and Supplier. The successful applicant will enjoy a 30 - 35K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance.
