They are seeking several experienced engineering professionals, preferably qualified with a Mechanical, Chemical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering degree and with Process / Manufacturing plant experience. You will posses demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills using reliability based tools such as RCA, RCFA, FMEA or RAM. You will also have the ability to influence at all levels within an empowered culture, a proactive approach to work and good interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills. You will be involved in utilising Reliability Analysis tools to identify, prioritise and focus the organisation on improvement opportunities as well as leading cross functional assessment teams, Leading and participating in incident investigations and providing the business with trouble shooting and failure analysis support. The role could involve coaching and mentoring teams in the use of Reliability values and tools, providing technical support and consulting with business unit stakeholders to prioritise and focus the reliability issues.
