Our client is the UKs largest integrated communications service provider providing fixed, mobile and internet services to residential and business customers. They are Seeking a Reseller Account Manager to be based in their Chiswick office. You must have a minimum of 4 years sales experience in Business indirect channels, a proven track record in managing sales people, experience in new business development and account management of indirect customers of all sizes/ profiles and across multiple sectors. You should have proven ability to deliver sales targets and strong negotiation and account management skills. Our client is particularly interested in candidates who have experience in voice and data communication sector with experience of data, voice or mobile products. You will be expected to develop and grow the sales channel of reseller customers; construct and implement a key account plan; Research, generate, qualify and follow up leads; manage reseller meetings effectively; Maintain consistent sales processes throughout the reseller base; Implement internal sales and delivery processes; Monitor and maintain resellers to ensure consistent delivery of business within targets; Implement training programmes for individual and group resellers. Your sales skills and abilities should include the ability to generate leads and develop business from them. Sales skills (account management, B2B selling, relationship management), commercially aware (focus on revenue growth and cost control). Personal sales activity planning. Key account planning. Telephone appointment making. Ability to manage sales quality targets through this indirect model. Personal attributes required: organised and disciplined, conscientious about routine paper and process work. Able to present the right image with customers. Capable stand up presenter, trainer and field coach. |
