The recent acquisition of Premier Lodge by Travel Inn has lead to the creation of Premier Travel Inn - two great brandscoming together to create the largest hotel brand in the UK.We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Team Leader to assist the Reception Manager in the smooth running of thehotel, ensuring the delivery of Premier Travel Inn brand standards.The key responsibilities of the role are:1. Assist in the daily running of reception and reservations to ensure that Premier Travel Inn brand standards aremaintained.2. To assist in the recruitment, training and development of all team members.3. Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis to assist in the maintaining of Premier Travel Inn standards.4. Maximise occupancy and revenue through effective yield management.5. Ensure all the team understand and are working to all health safety, fire and security policies.Requirements:- Previous reception and leadership experience.- Financial awareness.- Computer literate.- Good communication skills, written and verbal.- Flexible in work patterns and methods.- Be able to work as part of a team.- Lead by example.- Be self motivated and driven for results.- Attention to detail and analytical.Job_Division: HotelsLocation: London |
