Huntress, a leading recruitment firm are currently looking for a Resourcer/ Branch Administrator to work within their City team.You will be working within an expanding team of high achievers and supporting 3 sales Consultants.The ideal candidate will have at least one years solid experience in an Administrative role. You will need to be assertive, confident and enthusiastic. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and orally to candidates and clients. You must be highly organised and be able to prioritise a heavy workload. The roleFull Administrative support to Manager and Senior Consultants.Dealing with clients and candidates in a professional manner.Payroll dutiesScreening and interviewing candidatesFilling and matching on temporary job rolesResourcing candidates from a number of job websitesAdvertising Job vacancies on global job websitesUpdating Management reports and maintaining spreadsheetsExtensive use of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Person specificationWe are looking for a vibrant and energetic person, who can work well under pressure. You must be proactive and be able to communicate effectively in this busy environmentWorking to deadlines and meeting targets will be a major part of this diverse role.
