Job PurposeThe Resourcing Lead will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Recruitment Specialists. You will have fullaccountability for delivering the recruitment plan, meeting all agreed targets and SLA's, and managing clientrelationships to a high level.Skills and Knowledge RequirementsWith a proven background in leading a high performing recruitment team, you will be seeking a challenging opportunity todevelop your skills within an outsourced Recruitment environment, for an organisation whose name and brand are synonymouswith best practise & successful delivery.As the Resourcing lead, you will be an expert in * Managing client relationships, leading client meetings and have excellent presentation skills, * Managing and developing high performing Recruitment teams to exceed service levels and personal targets * Client facing recruitment and HR best practice techniques, * Client policies and procedures, * Recruitment administration best practiceOther requirements include: * Able to analyse and interpret recruitment data for management and cost reporting * Experienced in monitoring service quality, performance and SLA's * Experienced in UK Employment Law and legislative knowledge to ensure service is within legal standard * Ability to work in a virtual team across a variety of locations * Ability to work autonomously * Ability to work under pressure and influence other virtual team members to ensure service is delivered within targets * Flexibility to travel and work from different locations as requiredThe successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, business awareness and be credible at all levels ofthe organisationDuties and Responsibilities * Coach, motivate and develop a team of Recruitment Specialists * Monitor and allocate team resources and activities to meet all client service requirements and fluctuations in client demand * Lead client meetings and proactively build strong working relationships * Ensure service delivered to Managers is of consistently high quality * Deliver on client requirements against agreed SLA's, monitoring progress against targets * Ensure existing best practice processes are efficient and consistent throughout the recruitment lifecycle, proactively work to improve and streamline processes * Effectively manage all recruitment channels & the resourcing budget, make recommendations to use other channels if necessary * Assess commercial implications of decisions, produce business cases and search for opportunities to reduce cost base * * Negotiate with third parties on cost, quality and service issues * Ensure cost per joiner targets are met. * Provide input to proposals for new service offerings & manage prospective client visitsAbout AccentureWith more than 110,000 people in 48 countries, Accenture is a truly global management consulting, technology services andoutsourcing company.
