Main roleThrough excellent customer service, to manage the efficient and profitable operation of the retail activities, to manageand optimise the charity's membership uptake within the centre and manage the admissions function.Supervisory responsibilitiesAll retail, membership staff, admissions staff and volunteers deployed within areas of responsibility the post. Centrestaff whilst on duty shifts.Applicants must have-. A levels and ideally a degree 2-4 years in retail management to include buying experience and profit accountability Sales management experience in a customer facing environment Background in a visitor orientated environment Experience in dealing with customers in a volume environment EPOS operating knowledge and experience. Membership sales experience An interest in Natural History An interest in art and design |
