Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Coach showroom managers and staff on products, promotions and administration processes make recommendations to improveprocedures where appropriate.2. Recruit, train and develop retail staff to meet the sales targets and deliver excellent customer service3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, report on information and make recommendations where approprate4. Review and monitor health and safety issues in showrooms.5. Collate retail attendance information for monthly payroll, authorise overtime records6. Manage new store openings from fit out to staff recruitment and trainingSkills and Experience1. At least 5 years retail experience with 2 years at management level2. Experience of recruitment and training of retail personnel3. Ideally experience in interiors.4. Ideally experience in managing a number of retail sites5. Hold a driving licence and prepared to travel daily to different locations with occasional overnight6. Good communication and coaching skills |
