Key Objectives:Develop effective and practical solutions to address the issues identified within each review. Working with salesmanagement to ensure the implementation of corrective action plans to recommendations rose.Assist the Retail Audit Manager in continually keeping the retail audit approach and checklist up to date to ensure anappropriate level of coverage of key risk areas.Responsibilities:Develop close working relationships with area and regional sales managers ensuring issues are addressed on a proactivebasis.Conduct store audit visits across the UK and Ireland. Work with retail and sales teams in a constructive manner toaddress issues as they occur.Transferring knowledge and spread best practice across the stores.Identify new issues occurring in store.Work with Fraud and Security, and HR to investigate non compliance.Manage the follow up of stores to ensure that standards have improved where required.Completion of retail audit checklist following each store visit.Drafting of audit reports.Meet with management (to Director Level) to discuss and agree findings.Continually improve the testing conducted, and maintain up to date knowledge of 3 systems.Operational Experience:Prior experience as a retail auditor in a similar industry - Desirable.Sales experience, preferably in mobile industry - Desirable.IT/Systems analysis skills - Essential.Report writing - Essential.Experience of working with Internal Audit, Fraud & Security, and HR teams - Desirable.Personal Characteristics:Self starter, motivated and able to develop excellent working relationships throughout the business - Essential.Good communicator - oral and written - Essential.Constructive attitude and ability to offer solutions to any issues identified - Essential.Ability to quickly understand new systems / processes - Essential.Have an eye for detail - Essential.Willing to travel throughout the UK - Essential.Academic Background:A level background, degree preferred but not essential.Company Overview:As an organisation, 3 is growing at a truly phenomenal rate.
