Description:

Responsibilities Include: * Maximise revenue per Terminal through analysing retailer performance, optimising terminal location (right outlets), identifying opportunity gaps and developing customer-specific insights and recommendations to convert sales growth opportunities * Increase advocacy and support for The National Lottery through continuous education, developing multi-level contacts and greater awareness of the Value of the Lottery and its importance to that Retailer * Improve management of the delivery of the National Lottery proposition (i.e. Brands, POS, New Product Launches) at outlet level, minimising the risk of NLC Licence breach * Implement Customer Business Plans for their designated customer portfolio (outlets) in collaboration with the relevant RBMs * Sell in tailored Period Activity Plans and maximise in-store support for the plans * Maximise customer-facing time to drive revenue-generating activities whilst minimising drive times * Actively promote and educate Retailers on the Value of the Lottery to their business through creating a tailored Value of the Lottery story and communicating it to the relevant contacts at outlet level * Analyse individual and regional customer performance, identify under-performing outlets and create pragmatic action plans to maximise sales conversion opportunities * Proactively identify Retailer Selection/De-selection opportunities, submit proposal (with commercial justifications) for review by your RBM, taking responsibility for implementing the outcomes (e.g. manage SIPs, develop new outlets contacts) * Manage SIP outlets (where applicable) and COPs in your customer portfolio, in accordance with Camelot guidelines / processes Salary & Benefits c.GBP 22,950 plus company car/car allowance competitive benefits package
