About the roleYou will be required to lead a sales team in a retail store. Set and review sales targets. Lead, inspire and motivate ahigh performing team. Ensuring the team is adequately equipped with necessary tools, knowledge etc.Develop skills of the team through coaching, mentoring and training. Management of administration and communications.Responsibility for shop image, security, financial and stock control. Lead by example. Continually seeking to improve andenhance personal, business and store performance.Who we're looking forCandidate must have previous experience as retail manager, ideally within telecommunications. Must have previousexperience of managing a team including setting and reviewing sales targets.Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to lead by example.
