The Company:Our client is a well established motorcycle clothing and accessories retailer, with four stores throughout the UK and afifth to be added by the end of 2005. With a strong emphasis on customer service and a friendly approach, they have ateam of knowledgeable, helpful staff in all stores offering good, sound advice.The company are now looking for a Store Manager to be based in the flagship store in East LondonRole and Responsibilities:Liasing with clients and customersManagement of staff training and recruitmentManagement of stock controlsUp sell all productsManagement and security of the storeQualifications and Experience:Minimum 2 years Retail Management experienceExcellent Sales personIn depth knowledge of stock controlStaff recruitment and trainingMotorcycle industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as training will be givenPersonal Qualities:Energy and enthusiasm for the roleConfident and well presentedApproachable and personableSelf-initiatorSales driven and customer focused |
