Our client is one of Europe's leading consultancies focussed on independent technology development and licensing. Theirprimary objective is to create new business based on advances in technology, and their success is seen in the developmentand market launch of many new products based on significant advances in technology.We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer to work on demanding and exciting projects in the RF sector. As an RFDesign Engineer you will also have flexible skills in general electronics to adapt to the wide variety of projectsundertaken by our client. Ideally you will have the capability or potential to lead projects, interface with clients andbe able to grow with the business into new areas.Key skills and experience :- Practical, hands-on experience in industry for 3 years or more Detailed circuit design of RF circuit for cost sensitive products including VCOs, Synthesisers, Gain stages, Mixers,LNAs, Power Amplifiers. Demonstrable capability in system-level design of radio hardware with good understanding of the interactions betweenradio, baseband and software systems Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as "Genesys". A commercially aware outlook. Good communication and team working skills together with a methodical approach, strong personal drive and motivation. A solid academic foundation with a 1st or 2.1 honours degree |
