RFIC Program ManagerCompanyAn ambitious semiconductor and software company with a global reputation of excellence in designing commerciallycompetitive system-on-chip (SoC) solutions.Growing fast with blue chip clients world-wide, they genuinely lead the way in designing innovative bespoke multimediasemiconductor chips installed in high-end, high-volume, consumer devices.This is a pre-IPO company going places hard-driven and commercially focussed with products their clients clamour for.RoleThe challenge is to deliver, on time, complex, highly integrated RFICs at the cutting edge of consumer technology.Responsibilities include management of all aspects of custom RF & mixed signal development from design through toproduction sign-off. Project resources include RF, mixed signal and digital designers, and layout designers acrossmultiple locations.Experience Ideally 15+ years experience in IC design in technical and management positions. Experience of managing complex RF integrated circuit developments for high volume wireless customers. 5+ years experience in RF design for consumer electronics or related industries. Ideally will have been played a leadtechnical role in such developments. Experience of managing release of RF IC products to FAEs and customers. Experience of best-in-class RF IC design flows and best-practice methodologies.
