Our client a large media company based in West London are actively seeking a Royalties Supervisor to join their growing team.Your main duties will include:Overseeing the completeness of the work carried out by the Team, including, close monitoring, and setting of targets and regular reviewing of results.Ensuring proper training and induction is given to every member of the team and that refresher training is provided when deemed appropriate.Ensuring that all video team members are given monthly routine 1-2-1 touch bases with their line manager to feedback, update and for benchmarking progressAnnual appraisals to be carried out on all direct reportsSupport is given to enable the team to achieve their objectivesClear direction and guidance must be given where required, supporting effective delegation.Ensuring the contract entry part of the process is correctly understood and carried out in a timely and accurate manner by any or all of the people liable to enter Video contracts.Ensure that all staff delivers an excellent level of service to all internal and external customers.Be key contact for all relevant business users and contributors/agents for video matters in conjunction with the Royalty Response Co-ordinator - Publishing.Will have regular 1-2-1s with the Royalty Response Co-ordinator publishing. Be at the forefront of ideas for improvements in service offered to contributors/agents in conjunction with Royalty Management TeamTo apply you must have:Good management and supervisory experience for a minimum of 2 yearsStrong finance experience and be a non-studierExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong presentation skillsIn return you will receive a competitive salary up to GBP 30,000 along with excellent benefits. |
