Description: |
minimum of five years experience working with international and European safety standards, to review designs from asafety viewpoint and provide the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with the various applicable Directives.The role will involve providing technical guidance on safety issues and standards to be adhered to, preparing andcompleting relevant documentation to cover the design phase of new products and assisting with the preparation of theoperator's manual.Educated to HNC / HND level or with equivalent experience, with an excellent knowledge of BS, ISO and EN machinerystandards, you will have experience of project engineering in a production environment, have the ability to identifyhazardous situations in machinery design and suggest solutions to them, and to read and prepare both electrical andpneumatic circuit diagrams. |
