Sales Administrator Sales Engineer Sales Support Internal Sales (Software Data Storage RAID)Based at the company's headquarters in Melbourn, near Cambridge, working within the Sales and Marketing Department, youwill responsible for Sales / Support for one of the storage industry's most comprehensive lines of RAID solutions thatsupport SAN (Storage Area Network), NAS (Network Attached Storage) and DAS (Direct Attached Storage) storagerequirements.Duties / ResponsibilitiesCarry out sales activities and sales promotions.Follow up the status of sales programmes, promotions etc.Respond to sales enquires / leads received on Sales account for all regionsProduce sales quotes for spares and productsCoordinate the logistic and order processesProduce marketing materials to customersInform customers about new product releasesRelay technical feedback to the support departmentAttend trade shows where requiredPerson ProfileLearn all aspects of the RAID Solutions product range - RAID background ideal, interest in Data Storage minimum (idealcandidate might come from a Technical Support background)Customer facing / client facingGood telephone manner and interpersonal skillsHighly organised and self motivatedBe prepared to undertake some foreign travel to attend trade shows where requiredLanguage skills would be advantageous but are not essential (French, German, Italian)In return we are offering a generous basic salary (cGBP 18,000) with the opportunity to earn cGBP 25,000 OTE.
