Description:

Sales Administrator required for a busy and involved role:Duties include:* Producing quotes.* Issuing quote numbers using excel.* Typing quotations for Service Team and customers * Liasing with customers and agents.* Asking suppliers for quotes* Updating database.* Order Acknowledgment Issue to customer/copies to accounts & sales team* Liasing with international offices regarding orders and deliverines. * Customs clear spare parts for delivery to UK* Arrange transport within UK, Europe and Africa and Asia* Arrange transport for internal stock movement between US, UK, France, Germany, Japan* Produce correspondence from basics provided by service team* Monitor stock* Produce monthly reports.If you are interested in this role you need to have ecellent IT skills and your own transport. The company is based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. However a car driver is essential for this role.
