Sales Advisor- Personal InsuranceGBP 16,000 - GBP 18,000 + Comm.Tele-sales advisor of personal insurance package products.TACTICAL COMPONENTS OF POSITION: Prepare accurate quotations. Following up pending quotations. Making outbound lead generation calls in periods of slow inbound traffic. Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines, FSA regulations and YIG procedures. Case referral to underwriters where outside guidelines. Liaise as appropriate with underwriters in relation to customers. Prompt rectification errors / enquiries by underwriter. Any and all duties as requested by YIG management.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF POSITION Training & competency. Present a professional image of self and YIG Product knowledge. Adherence of FSA regulations and underwriting guidelines. Underwriter errors / enquiries rate. NTU rate. Outbound call rate. Quotation numbers. Closing Rate. GWP Volume. Quote Pending follow ups. Cross sales. Customer satisfaction. Attendance sales meetings Attitude and corporate fit to YIG. |
