They currently seek to appoint an exceptionally high quality director ofsales and marketing.RoleTo lead, control and motivate the sales team by understanding the sales process and the KPIs which relate to it.Coach, train your management reports in order to develop the sales teamWorking within an agreed budget you will be driving revenue from acquiring new business and growing existing accountsthrough effective account managementRequirementsA Strong proven track record and able to demonstrate growing salesExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills are essential along with a strong personality andexceptional leadership skillsAble to take ownership of the sales and marketing resource, motivate your team in order to achieve against forecast andbudget |
