Applicants must be willing to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK if requested.Job PurposeTo provide an administrative support role to the field Technical Sales Executives and coordinate/communicate with otherareas of the business to ensure all customer requirements are met.To coordinate with the workshop in relation to production targets and delivery schedules.To liase with the Service Department in relation to installation and support.To ensure they keep themselves constantly aware of the Company's products and future developments.In conjunction with field Technical Sales Executives, develop and maintain a monthly Sales action and activities plan.Receiving and processing Sales enquiries from the customer directly or from the field Technical Sales Executives.Customer query handling and concern resolution.Facilitating clear communication of customer enquiries and requirements to all relevant departments as required.Ensure all contractual, sales and export related documentation is created, issued, maintained and archived to enable ontime delivery, repeatability, reliability and quality of the product.Ensure Health and Safety is considered in any aspect of your employment.Resolve action and /or report any Health & Safety issues.Qualification CriteriaExperience in a Sales or Customer Service related environment.Good I.T. literacy. Word, and Excel spread sheets.Experienced with export documentation.Bilingual preferably German or French with good verbal/written skills.Some sales or marketing experience would be an advantage.Sound customer interfacing skills.Occupational or Technical CompetenciesComprehensive knowledge of Company Products.Able to demonstrate good presentation and communication skills both written and oral.
