Thetraining is both field and classroom based and you will be expected to achieve certain targets along the way. You willalso be asked to generate sales opportunity and contribute to the achievement of team targets until you become accreditedwith full Sales Executive status.Previous field sales experience is not an essential ingredient although a year or two spend in field sales would beadvantageous. A background in telesales, recruitment, customer service or estate agency would also be attractive to theclient. You will be smart and professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic and possess a positive, enthusiasticand self-motivated personality.
