Market leaders within the telecommunications and sales sector our client is a GBP multi-billion turnover group and isunquestionably one of the biggest commercial success stories of the past decade. Due to continued expansion anexceptional opportunity now exist within the Glasgow area for a Call Centre Sales Development Manager.The successful candidate will be highly organised, extremely reliable and have a proven track record of success eithermanaging a large single site or multi-site contact centre.You will be responsible for: Multiple site management Outbound call centre Campaign set-up, implementation and on-going analysis. Monitoring and delivering sales, KPIs, targets and SLAs. Recruitment and general performance management. Awareness of regulatory compliance. Scrutinising and compiling business reports to monitor site efficiency.Due to the structure of the role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week andbe based from the contact centres for the rest of the timeYou will be on the ascendancy of your career, ready for an exciting new challenge and have the ability to deliverexceptional results in a call centre environment. |
