My Client designs and manufactures air conditioning products.They currently have a requirement for a Specification Sales Engineer based from their offices in Surrey covering London.Main Functions (Accountabilities): To liaise with consultants and contractors to obtain specifications for Company products. Prepare and present customer seminars as and when required. Prepare and issue monthly sales reports in a form requested by Sales Management Keeping customers up to date of current and new products. Giving feedback to management on market issues and competition. Maintaining adequate rewards of activities.Duties and Responsibilities: To achieve specifications for company products Promote company products to consultants & contractors within his area Maintain regular contact/meetings with customers Attend factory visits Adhoc admin requests by management System design and specification of equipment Take due care of yourself and others in respect of Health and Safety and in accordance with the Companys Health Safety and Environmental ManualScope and Dimensions: Preparing Quotations Price negotiations Organise and attendance of European factory visitsFinancial & Other Dimensions: To meet management set turnover and margin targets.Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Essential Skills Team Player Literacy Numeracy Communication skills Technically competent Time Management FlexibilityExperience A/C building design 5 years previously in Air ConditioningQualifications Engineering qualification HNC/HNDSkills Interpersonal IT DelegationDesirableExperience: 8 years Air Conditioning RefrigerationQualifications Engineering Degree |
