My client are a leading supply, repair manufacturer of industrial pumps and authorized distributor for many leadingmanufacturers. They have been established for over 30 years.Determination to provide a First Class they serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries, covers almost allapplications, including; local government agencies, blue chip companies in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceuticalindustries along with heating, textile and marine industries. They supply pumps from 1/8HP to 12 tonne liquid ring vacuumpumps.The company are now actively recruiting a new Sales Engineer. Working predominantly in the field this position covers theYorkshire and the North East of England.The candidate will market all services offered by the company, sales of new & used pumps, service & maintenanceagreements and repair on-site or in the extensive workshop.Having been established so long the company have an extensive database of old and existing clients to manage. Also thereare a number of key clients and multi site clients where SLAs are in place and therefore regular meetings to maintainand develop the business are required.New business is important to all companies. This role requires someone who can gain new business through marketintelligence, cold calling, referrals and any other means of generating new business.
