Pipeline Engineering Sales EngineerCatterick Bridge, North Yorkshire GBP 20,000Pipeline Engineering is a global leader in the provision of pipeline pigging, isolation and joint testing systems, alongwith specialised related services, primarily to the international oil and gas industry.In the last few years the Company has trebled in size, expanded world-wide (with three overseas offices and distributorsin 30 countries) and increased its export to over 85% of its output. In February 2006, the Company will be moving into anew, purpose built, 40,000 sq ft facility.We are currently looking for a bright young sales engineer to assist in developing their export business.Reporting to the International Sales Manager and working with two Regional Sales Managers, the successful candidate willbe expected to assist the sales team to implement and achieve the companys sales strategy and budget. This will include: Developing long term relationships with overseas customers and distributors Preparing and following up quotations, tenders, bid documents etc. Assisting with order processing and contract review Liaising with technical and production personnel to ascertain that we can meet the customers technical and deliveryschedules.The ideal candidate will be a graduate and have some knowledge of business processes, particularly in the field of sales.With some sales experience and knowledge of the international oil & gas industry.
