Sales Executive (Call & Voice Recording Systems)Based in LondonUp to GBP 40K Base + GBP 30K OTEAre client is one of the largest independent specialists providers of Call & Voice Recording, Telephone Logging & QualityMonitoring Systems. They have been in business over 15 years. They supply Financial Institutions, Emergency Services andCall Centres with a full range of Voice and Call Recording solutions.Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced sales executive to join there city based sales team. Youwill be targeted on developing new customers and revenue streams.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Identify and develop business opportunities by using your own resources; those being via: personal visits, telephonecalls, written communication and by following up on Sales Leads provided by the Company.2. Establish, build and maintain effective business relationships with each account within your portfolio so that youunderstand their short, medium and long-term needs and are able to provide speedy responses to RFIs, tenders and otherrequests when required.3. Learn to a high professional standard the products and services which the Company expects you to sell.4. Take the lead role when working with Presales support and Consultancy staff.5. Learn and deliver customer presentations to a high professional standard.6. Write proposal documents and quotations to a high professional standard in accordance with the Companys procedures.7. Attain the Revenue, Profit, Operational and any other targets that are applicable to your role.8. Attend and participate in exhibitions, and other Company events to promote the Companys image and develop salesopportunities.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years experience selling IT and Telecoms products preferably with some experience of Voice Recordingsystems or other Contact Centre technology. Ability to develop new business opportunities with direct customers including cold calling and appointment setting. Must have a stable career background with evidence of achieving revenue based sales targets. Any knowledge of selling to financial services or city based clients would be a nice to have. You will be educated to at least A Level standard preferably with some previous formal sales training (i.e. SPINSelling).This role will suit a dynamic and highly motivated individual with the ability to open doors and close deals.
