You are effectively an on-site estate agent who the prospective buyers will make offers on the homes too, once an offer has been accepted you will liaise closely with solicitors until completion. There are no age restrictions on this position, some of there best sales people are in their 50s, what is essential is that you live in midlands and will enjoy the glamorous business of new home sales, working in a nice environment in sites around the west midlands.
