Our client is a specialist IT solutions company providing a range of professional technical services, enablingorganisations to exploit commercial opportunities available to them, through the effective use of IT.Purpose of JobTo seek new and develop existing Account relationships in the area of Learning Solutions. The latter in association withan existing Sales Account Manager.Responsibilities To generate profitable training revenue through new trading accounts Develop relationships with existing clients in conjunction with Account Managers Sell the full range of Learning Solutions across a wide range of vertical sectorsIndividual Duties / Tasks Develop Relationships with Account Managers and existing client base where required Seek new trading accounts for the organisation Prepare bids, proposals and quotations where necessary Attend Client Meetings alone or with an Account Manager Achieve personal targets and objectivesDepartment Goals Increase the number of Learning Solutions Customers within the Account Base and Increase departmentalProfitSkills Required A proven track record in developing & growing major accounts Success in a new business sales environment, preferably within Training Services market Exposure to and understanding of training solutions is highly desirable A broad understanding of the Training market would be highly beneficial, including knowledge around Project-ledTraining rollouts (Bespoke & Microsoft based solutions), Managed Training Services and e-Learning SolutionsTraining Given Job related training and a full induction process to introduce you to the company systems and procedures.Qualities Ability to network with customers Identify new opportunities Hungry to close business and make money A quick learner with the ability to adapt to change |
