******Blended Learning, Traing Solutions, Banking and Finance, FTSE 500, Public Sector****** Our client is a market-leading provider of blended solutions / training into the public sector, banking and financial services market places. Due to their continued success and subsequent expansion they are currently recruiting for a new Business Development Manager to join their dynamic and successful sales team selling their range of blended training solutions into the financial market place. In this role you will be a pro-active member of a team of dynamic successful sales professionals. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible for meeting sales targets based upon a mixture of new business and account management within the financial services sector by pro-actively targeting HR departments and utilising your knowledge of contacts within the industry. The ideal candidate will be a young and dynamic sales professional who has experience in selling into HR departments within the financial services sector, with a demonstrable track record of achievement. You will also need to have been selling for at least 2 years in to the financial services and banking markets. Contacts would also be a distinct advantage but not essential. You will also be a polished, well-presented sales person who can deal at senior management and director levels. This is your chance to take control of your career. Excellent remuneration package that includes base salary of GBP 30 k - GBP 35 k + with a realistic OTE of GBP 90k+ which is uncapped, Fully Maintained Vehicle, excellent chance for career development as well as excellent working conditions.
