GBP 35,000 to GBP 90,000 per year (GBP 35-40K Basic GBP 90K OTE + car allowance)

Description:

Our client, a rapidly growing and successful provider of bespoke e-learning services, is looking to recruit a strategicSales Manager to help drive the business into its next phase of development.Our client has achieved significant success in exploiting a market niche which provides endless opportunity for the rightindividual to drive forward.The successful candidate will be expected to build upon significant existing relationships and through extensiverelationship management and networking develop both clients and opportunities further.The candidate will be ideally from a bespoke e-learning background however the key is having the right attitude and salespedigree and individuals with experience in other markets will not be ruled out.This role will offer a significant salary and benefits package with an equity stake offered after a 12 month, periodsubject to performance. This role will eventually grow into a Directorship position.Skills and AttributesKey Tasks To convert existing Sales Leads and contacts into regular business Develop existing client relationships to increase the rate of return business To generate high specification/high value proposals and see these through to close. Generate high level project specifications from completed sales. Liaise with the Project team to ensure timely delivery of projects and build on deliverables to generate profitableproject extensions and add-on sales. Work with the internal sales team to set up calls and see these through the full sales cycle. In due course look to build a small, professional sales team. Provide sales and sales management reporting to the Board on a monthly basis. Work with the Board to develop strategy and implementation plans.Attributes: High Energy, self starter Knowledge and experience of high value e-learning sales, good knowledge of strategic selling approach. Good knowledge of current and emerging e-learning technologies Good sales track record Ability to build a small, professional sales team. Potential to make a positive contribution at Board Level
