Our Client is the fastest growing manufacturer of mailroom products in the UK. With global sales now exceeding 750m,they are focused on increasing the size of their company through dynamic growth. They are currently looking for a SalesManager to join the team covering North London / Northern Home Counties.The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Mailing Systems Sales personnel to achieve the Companys sales revenue andunit targets for the complete range of postal franking machines, scales, SI30, Document Handling and associated products,into Commercial and Public Sector accounts and to achieve the agreed levels of product and business mix.Amongst the main responsibilities, the successful candidate would need to ensure that the Companys market share of allmailroom products is increased by actively directing the sales team to achieve the Companys overall objective. Inaddition, they would need to ensure that all Sales personnel are fully conversant with all methods of leasing offered byour client and that they actively promote the use of leasing in all negotiations with customers.All applicants should be able to demonstrate a successful career in sales. Strong personal selling skills are obviouslyessential. Individuals must be goal orientated, competitive with a focused approach to work. The successful candidatemust be self-sufficient, self-reliant, and self-disciplined, but also able to operate effectively as part of a team.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential. This individual must be able to demonstrate goodleadership skills, with the ability to train, develop and motivate sales personnel to meet and exceed sales targets(Sales Manager/New Business Development Manager/Field Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager) |
