: Global expanding electronics organisation is looking for an experienced Sales Manager specialising in the defence industry. This role main responsibilities of the position comprises of the following: - Customer identification, qualification and closure of sales, including international travel. - Organising and running equipment demonstrations at home and abroad -Proposals and bid work, project management and managing expenses within allocated budget. The succesful candidate will have previous experience of Defence export marketing in Europe and/or Middle East. Further you will be self-starting, self-motivated, with the ability to work with different nationalities and personalities. A modern foreign language (German, French or Spanish) would be a distinct advantage, further knowledge of military communications equipment, Defence equipment experience, Not Ex-military, and Night Vision products, and Radios experience would also be an advantage. Happy to commit to a wide range of tasks and work out of offices hours when required. The salary for the role will be GBP 40k+ bonus, company car, voluntary and contribution pension, 25 days holiday, family private medical cover. |
