Our client, who is the UKs most successful in Employment Law and HR Services Consultancy, is looking for a Sales Managerfor their northern region. You will lead a team of 11 sales executives, who are selling a consultancy or outsourcedservice, backed by a very familiar and well respected brand with in the HR industry, directly to the SME market.You will need a track record of success in both direct sales and management and have worked a B2B sales environment wherea consultative style and ongoing relationship building is key to a continuing and successful sales relationship.You will be responsible for all areas of managing the team and will coach, mentor and train them to ensure they areperforming to the best of their ability and therefore gaining the most opportunities from their individual territories.The area covered is from Nottingham to the Scottish borders so you should be willing to travel extensively throughoutthat region. |
