Sales manager SMB team ( IT reseller )The sales manager will lead a team of proactive, outbound sales representatives to managed accounts in defined territories. This position will require dynamic day-to-day leadership and development of a team of 10 to 15 account executives in the highly competitive IT reseller environment. Working for one of the largest IT resellers in the UK, based in SheffieldExperience Required&# XX ; Three years high achieving sales manager experience in the IT reseller or similar high pressure sales environment&# XX ; Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales manager environment&# XX ; Demonstrate ability to develop business within existing accounts.Qualifications/Skills Required:&# XX ; Excellent verbal and written communication skills&# XX ; Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions&# XX ; Good Time Management Skills&# XX ; Proactive, with the ability to inspire others.&# XX ; Knowledge of reseller market and competitors helpful.
