My client is a very well established market leading firm selling tool hire services in to the construction market. Due to their depot manager being promoted to senior management they are currently pro-actively searching for proven sales people from within the industry to join their dynamic sales team. Working as a member of a dynamic team you will be expected to add value and energy to a very successful sales team as well as managing and motivating them. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be expected to build and grow their existing relationships within the major customers as well as being responsible for managing the sales team and maximising new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be experienced and dynamic. Ideally you will have 2+ years experience managing a depot in the tool hire industry. However they will also consider exceptional sales people from within the industry who can demonstrate management potential. You will also be a polished, well-presented sales person who can deal with people at all levels and build lasting relationships within the large supermarkets. Excellent remuneration package that includes base salary with one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry with a realistic OTE of between GBP 35,000 which is uncapped, company car, pension, company bonus, mobile, laptop, excellent chance for career development as well as excellent working conditions.
