The PositionTo manage a team of Sales personnel to achieve the Companys sales revenue and unit targets for the complete range ofproducts.Responsibilities: To increase the Companys market share of products by actively directing the sales team to achieve Companys overallobjective. To promote the Companys image in a professional and business like manner. To be responsible for the first line recruitment of sales personnel. To carry out regular performance reviews of all team members. To control and motivate direct sales reports and to ensure standards of performance are met. To ensure all customer queries and handled speedily and professionally. Responsible for providing sufficient support and guidance and for ensuring full participation in local and nationalsales incentive schemes. To liaise with other field-based Head Office colleagues and to promote good working relationships with all staff.Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a successful career, both as a Sales Person and as a Manager.You will need to have good interpersonal skills and strong sales ability.We are currently short listing now. |
