Sales Manager GBP 30k basic + Min OTE GBP 50k + Executive Car or Allowance + Director Designate + Property Management + Manchester+ Outstanding Opportunity.This role is to create and implement a sales drive and structure within my clients small but well established and cash rich organisation. They are looking to develop and expand to a higher level and require a Sales Manager with the drive and enthusiasm to share their vision. You will head the sales division and there is a very realistic opportunity for this role to grow into a directorship based on success within the present role. This is a very challenging yet rewarding opportunity and will require a hard working ethic to ensure you maximise the potential for growth within the organisation and role. Reporting to the commercial executive, this role will be the most senior within the company. You will have the backing and support of an ambitious and forward thinking team with a vast knowledge and experience within the Property Management marketplace.You will be an accomplished sales professional with a working knowledge of the marketing mix. You will be proactive and have a personality that will naturally think outside the box.. You will have the drive and energy to succeed against strong challenges and have a desire to continually develop and maximise your career. You will have an outlook for working for a small company where the opportunity to reach a senior role will be more evident and realistic. You will come from an open background but will have a strong structured career to date. You may be a sales professional looking to take that next step into management.
